- 「精神安定薬」の側面には「KEEP CALM」の文字が記されている。これは、Subnauticaプレイヤーにはなじみ深いポスター「Keep Calm Poster」に由来する可能性がある。
- 「感染サンプラー」のモデルは、標準ゲーム内にデータのみが残された未使用ツール「トランスフューザー」のものを流用している。
- 「TADPOLEドローン編隊」の名称は、オタマジャクシを意味する英単語 “tadpole” に由来する。結果的に、この名称は『Subnautica 2』に登場する同名の小型潜水艇としても使われることになった。
- The text “KEEP CALM” is written on the side of Insanity Medication. This may be derived from the “Keep Calm Poster,” a familiar poster for Subnautica players.
- The model of the “Infection Sampler” reuses the model of the unused tool “Transfuser,” whose data remains in the base game.
- The name “TADPOLE Drone Formation” comes from the English word “tadpole,” meaning the larval stage of a frog. As it turns out, the same name is also used for the small submarine “Tadpole” in Subnautica 2.
