A gigantic leviathan-class organism featured in the Bloop and Blaza Leviathans mod, closely resembling the standard Bloop. It is commonly known as the “Grand Bloop.”

クレーター外縁から約200m離れたデッドゾーン内に、2個体が確認されている。遠方からでも、青白い生物発光部を備えた巨体が闇の中でゆっくりと動いているのが確認できる。

特筆すべきは、全長500mを超える驚異的な巨体であり、特徴的な大口はサイクロプスすら飲み込んでしまいそうなほどの大きさを誇る。外観はおおむね「ディープ・ブループ」と共通しているが、全長比で約3倍に達する異常な個体である。ほとんど移動することはなく、移動というよりもその場で体の向きを変えながら緩やかに漂っているだけである。

その巨体に反してプレイヤーを感知する範囲は驚くほど狭く、たとえ頭部の至近距離まで接近したとしても、本種の吸引攻撃を目にする可能性は低いだろう。そもそも本種と遭遇する機会自体がスキャン目的以外に存在しないため、実質的な危険性はほぼ皆無といえる。

本種の真の脅威は個体そのものよりも、そのあまりにも巨大な体躯とデッドゾーンという生息環境にある。スキャンのために接近しようとすると、深海の暗闇と巨大すぎる体躯によって容易に遠近感を失いやすい。シーモスやサイクロプスのソナーを活用すれば、より正確に本種の位置を把握できるだろう。

ただし、デッドゾーンは危険なリヴァイアサン種の生息域でもあるため、スキャンに手間取り長時間留まっていると、彼らの餌食となる危険がある。変わった手段としては、シーモスの水流魚雷を利用する方法も考えられる。水流魚雷の持つ対象移動効果は本種にも有効であり、うまく水流に巻き込むことができれば、危険なデッドゾーンの外縁からクレーター内へ引きずり出すことも可能である。

Two individuals have been confirmed in the Void, approximately 200 m beyond the edge of the Crater. Even from a distance, their enormous bodies can be seen moving slowly through the darkness, marked by pale blue bioluminescent regions.

Most notable is their extraordinary length of more than 500 m. Their distinctive mouths are so enormous that they appear capable of swallowing even a Cyclops whole. Their overall appearance is largely shared with the “Deep Bloop,” but these abnormal specimens reach roughly three times its total length. They barely move from their positions, instead drifting slowly while turning their bodies in place.

Despite their immense size, their detection range for the player is surprisingly short. Even when approaching very close to the head, it is unlikely that the player will witness their Vortex attack. Since there is effectively little reason to approach these creatures other than to scan them, their practical threat level is almost negligible.

The true danger posed by this species comes less from the creatures themselves than from their immense size and their habitat in the Void. When approaching for a scan, the darkness of the deep ocean combined with their overwhelming scale can make it very easy to lose one's sense of distance. Using the sonar on a Seamoth or Cyclops can help determine their position more accurately.

However, the Void is also inhabited by dangerous leviathan-class predators, so taking too long to complete the scan may leave the player vulnerable to attack. An unconventional option is to use the Seamoth's Vortex Torpedoes. Their ability to move affected targets also works on this species, and if the creature can be caught in the vortex, it is possible to gradually pull it from the dangerous edge of the Void into the Crater.
